PM's delay tactic is selfish, foolish...

Dear Editor,

Prime Minister Feleti Sevele's campaign to defer election to 2011 is obviously selfish, self-centered, outrageous, foolish and uncalled for.  We are all trying to extinguish the 16/11 fire, and he's now planning to pour a tankfull fuel onto it.  I hope he realises that what he's planning to do is in total contrast to the outcome he anticipates.  It is most important that he considers the voice of the people on this matter.  He may ignore the people's representatives, but he must not blink to what people need. 

He probably relies heavily on the defense and police services to secure the process and the peace, but I strongly believe that even to combine the two, can no way match the mountainous hearts of even a few angry people fuelled by the election delay.  Numerous mismanagement have taken place in the running of this country within a very short period of time, and apparently, the Prime Minister and his gang enjoy making more.  Please....this nation is not a science lab, to make trial and error experiments.  We are all human beings blessed with the God given gift of thinking, reasoning, and conscience.  So, do what is best for the interest of the tens of thousand, and not for just 2 or a handful.  That will be the securing of peace in our country, and also their seat for the next Parliament term.
